Dive Sask has adopted the Alternate Dispute Resolution Policy as developed and mandated by Sask Sport. At Dive Sask we believe that culture matters – that our success depends on our athletes, coaches, officials, parents, and administrators working together in a positive and collaborative atmosphere. These policies exist to enable us to work through disagreements and conflict in a constructive and mutually satisfying way. The document Steps to Resolve Conflict outlines the path to follow if you have a complaint against another Dive Sask member. The Alternate Dispute Resolution documents outline the path to follow if the dispute cannot be settled within your club. These policies will be followed by all Competitive Member Clubs of Dive Sask.
Below you will also find resources from our partners Coaching Association of Canada, Respect Group and Sask Sport.
